Are you planning to sell your home? Our Style Consultation service is the perfect starting point. We'll identify the style of your home and target buyer, walk through each space to highlight features, and minimize others. We'll review your existing furnishings and recommend placement and items to pack up. We’ll provide a full report and detailed checklist, which may include cosmetic repairs, cleaning, and supplemental shopping. If you're a DIY-er, you'll rock the checklist and be ready to put your home on the market. Need assistance? We’re here to help!
HANDS-ON STYLE SERVICES FOR OCCUPIED HOMES
Preparing your home for sale is challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. Our Hands-On Style Services include shopping, scheduling highly rated vendors for cleaning and repairs, and bringing in stylish furniture and accessories. We'll also create a plan to fully prepare your home for showings in under 20 minutes. You decide how much help you need, and we’re here for it! Rental fees may apply.
PHOTO-READY STYLE SESH
Photos are the most important way to attract potential buyers to your listing. Our Photo-Ready Style Sesh service is designed to make your pictures pop. We'll style each space and bring in fresh greenery, food, and beverage items to create a lifestyle that catches the viewer's eyes and encourages potential buyers to put your home at the top of their list.
STYLE SERVICES FOR VACANT HOMES
An empty home looks small and lifeless, while a professionally staged and styled home offers buyers the vision of a complete lifestyle. Our Style Services for Vacant Homes include everything from rugs, furniture, and accessories to fit the style of the home, geographical area, and target buyer. Pricing for this service is dependent on the size, scale, and luxury level of the home.

Not sure how to arrange and style your new home, or need to refresh your current home? Let us help! We start with a Style Consultation to identify your goals, scope, and budget. From there, we'll come up with an action plan and recommendations for each space you’d like to style. We can help you select finishes, shop, and arrange everything so that your home truly represents you.
SPECIAL EVENT STYLING
Let us help you host a special event for your family and friends in your newly styled home. We’ll start with a consultation to discuss the size, scope, and theme of the event, followed by a shopping list and timeline to perfectly prep. If you want us to shop and style for you, that's our jam!
FOR REALTORS
Pre-purchase five Style Consultations and we’ll host a “Champagne and Charcuterie” Broker’s Open for you. Select a property you’d like to feature and schedule a two-hour event for your best contacts. We will bring in a beautiful charcuterie display and some fun sparkling wine to serve up to 20 guests. We will be there on site to help serve and promote the property!
